230 SQFT 2 1/4” White Oak flooring $450

2 1/4” Wide 3/4” thick. It’s dirty from being under carpet. Originally install installed around 1915. It looks like this is going to sand out beautifully. Buyer is welcome to take test pieces for test sanding. Lots of longer pieces, 10 feet plus. There is some damage to the tongue and groove. approximately 30% of boards have some damage to the T&G. That’s why we are asking less than $2 per sqft for vintage White Oak.
