5,000 Sqft Redwood Siding

We have a large siding removal job at an apartment building in St. Louis Park. About 6,800 ft.² total. Tongue and groove Redwood siding 5-1/2” wide, 1/4” thick, 5’-14’ long. painted on one side. Some of it will crack and won’t be useful. Some of it is still pretty nice. Some is useful, but not as nice. There will still be some nails in it that can easily be removed.. we’re not going remove nails on site with the cold/snow so we’re just selling it cheap as is. We will be removing it and stacking it near a parking area for easy pick up in St. Louis Park. We will be asking $.50 per square foot for orders of at least 200 ft.² . pick up will be self service and you can determine which ones will be useful for your project. There will be some cutting required to remove bad ends. Some of the more rough boards will be free with a purchase. 50 cents per square foot.
