500 SQFT is stained darker. 200 sqft was under carpet and is lighter. Looks like they were refinished together, so they are the same thickness. Still very close to 3/4” Thick. $3 per sqft if you buy at least 100 sqft. $2,000 if you buy all 700 sqft. * will be denailed and ready to go 2nd week in March.
