330 ft.² of this beautiful maple floor was top nailed. There is going to be a nail hall through the top of the board every 4 feet or so. We will remove it carefully remove the nails. And bundle it. Asking $1.50 per square foot for that. 90 ft.² was not top nailed. Asking three dollars per square foot for that. 1.5” wide 3/4” thick. not removed yet we expect this to be ready early September.
