350 Sqft 1-1/2” Wide Red Oak Flooring
$200 or 800 Jeremy@LumberStash.com Looks like it was original to the home and installed in the 1940s. Still nice and thick. 1-1/2” wide 3/4” thick. It was all on the second story of the house so the tongue and groove is relatively clean. Boards range from about 18 inches to 8 feet long. $800 if we will denail and bundle. $200 as is with nails in it and you remove the nails. (pending) Beautiful 1920s Cabinets with Patina
$250 Jeremy@LumberStash.com Beautiful golden brown Birch cabinets .. there is darkening where hands have touched over the years. I believe a lot of that could be cleaned up. Some of the patina is here to stay. See photos, the backs are open. These were built to have the backsplash resting on a countertop. Solid old oak door

nice old 24” door

1920s Oak Crown Molding

50 sqft 5/16” T&G Pine
$40 Jeremy@LumberStash.com 3 1/2 inches wide, 5/16 inches thick. They are pretty. 22 are 8 feet long and 22 are 2’6”. They came out good with very little damage. A few of them have a hole cut where a light was. These boards calculate to over 60 ft.² but I’m rounding down and calling it 50 square feet just to be safe. Asking $40. 54 sqft new Birch Flooring
$80 Jeremy@LumberStash.com This is new, never installed birch flooring. 2 1/4 inches wide. 5/8 inches thick. Looks like the length ranges from about 3 to 8 feet long. This is engineered flooring meaning the top 3/8” is solid birch, and the bottom part is a type of plywood. Three unopened bundles that were left over from a job. $80 for all of them. Hefty hardwood beams - $1/bd foot
$1 per board foot ben@LumberStash.com Really cool beams from hardwood timber mats that were being used for timber frame furniture/carpentry. These vary in lengths and widths slightly, but generally are 7-8in x 8in timbers. There are plenty of shorter blocks and also a few long ones - up to 10 feet or more in length.
