1920s Oak Room Transition.

1920s Oak Wainscoting
$400 Jeremy@LumberStash.com It’s nice looking stuff. Notice the mark behind the radiator. I think that could be fixed with some oil. It came apart in pieces so it will be easy to haul. two sections. One is 83 1/2 inches wide. The other bigger one with the radiator mark on it is 143 inches wide. 55 inches tall. there is one hole for an outlet that you can see in the photo. We’re running out of time so instead of denailing this and trying to sell it quick, we’d rather give it away with the nails in it. There was carpet on it so there’s staples here and there. nice old 24” door

1920s Oak Crown Molding

There is a little bit of damage here and there that would need to be cut off, but there’s at least 110 linear feet of good stuff... nails have either been removed from the backside or ground off flush. $220 for all of it. 2 Beautiful Doors (on one side)

These are original 1920s door with original glass handle. both are 1-1/4” thick. 83-1/2” tall, 29-7/8” wide. . both have original glass knobs at hardware.
