Nice tight grained Old Growth Fir. It has paint drips, will be beautiful once refinished. 2.5” wide. a full 3/4” thick. most boards are 4 to 10 feet long. there was carpet on some of it so there are a few tiny holes from Staples that we removed. A small portion of it was subfloor so there are larger holes from wood floor on top. All together there’s more like 210 ft.². We are rounding down to 180 ft.². So you can pick and choose better boards and cut off occasional bad spots. Also lowered the price to make up for that. Asking $450 for all of it.
