3,500 SQFT Vintage Birch Flooring

We have pending sales for a lot of this, message if interested and we will put you on the list. owners of a beautiful 1913 estate on a Minneapolis Lake decided they want new floor because everything else in the house is being updated also. They’re correcting issues and will be fixing the subfloor. we expect that we will have flooring removed, denailed, bundled and ready for pick up or delivery early JULY.

Will add more photos ASAP. And provide potential buyers with details and updates as we pull the floor. From what we can see it looks like it’s still right around 3/4” thick so it has more than 100 years of life and several refinishing left in it.

The first floor must be around 1000 ft.² of the dark stained birch shown in the photo that is one and a half inches wide (color can be changed with refinishing as seen in the sample chart). Second floor is the lighter more natural Birch color like on the left side of the color chart. Third floor is also lighter and there’s a significant amount of this birch that is 2 1/4 inches thick.
