Birch Stair Treads & Risers

Birch treads and risers from a historic Minneapolis Parkway home built in 1899. Will need refinishing, some treads will require some regluing. First three pictures show an example of a tread sanded to remove old finish. $1200 for all of the birch, pick up in Richfield.
1" thick x 10.5" deep treads:
10 @ about 40" long. Minimum 39.5" long, 1 has 6" curved edge.
3 @ 64", 1 has 6" curved edge.
2 @ landing treads, 3.5" and 4"
1 @ 40" x 9.25" deep.
7" riser pieces:
8 @ about 40" (min 39.5")
4 @ 43.5"
2 @ 64"
2 @ misc sizes (floor vent cut outs)
