Old growth Fir Flooring 3-1/4” wide a solid 3/4” thick.
120 sqft is in nicer condition. 8’-10’ long boards. asking $360 for this 120sqft.
50 sqft is nicely intact and the boards are 10’-12’ long. These boards have a tacky residue leftover from linoleum. It will sand off. Asking $80 for this 50 sqft.
